What's needed to rent?
In order to rent, you need a valid driver’s license, insurance on the towing vehicle, and a card on file (in case of late fees or extra damages). All of these are acquired via the renter agreement that is sent via text immediately upon booking.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at booking and collected via the checkout process.
Can I change/cancel?
Yes. But please call us asap as soon as you know plans are changing: 918-289-7831
Can I be refunded if I cancel?
We’re happy to issue refunds when cancelled 24 hours or more before your rental. Late cancellations may be subject to a no-show charge. Call us asap: 918-289-7831
What's next after I book?
After booking and checking out on the website, you will recieve the rental agreement via text. Your rental is not finalized until this is completed.
